With 21.5 acres under cultivation, the domaine produces both red and white wines across appellations in Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, Volnay, Pommard, and Monthelie, each bearing the distinct imprint of their terroir. Embracing a philosophy of sustainability, the domaine practices lutte raisonnée in the vineyards, eschewing synthetic fertilizers and pesticides in favor of natural compounds. With an average vine age of 30 years and meticulous vineyard management, Domaine Potinet-Ampeau ensures the production of grapes of unparalleled quality and expression.

Vinification at Domaine Potinet-Ampeau is a labor of love, carried out entirely in their cellars with a focus on traditional methods.
