Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We strive to provide the best-in-class service to our customers.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your shopping experience, please let us know and we will endeavor to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

While we guarantee the provenance and the optimal storage conditions of our wines, the buyer specifically acknowledges the purchase is made at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability and aging potential of any specific wine.

All authorized returns are for store credit only.  No cash refund will be issued.

In the exceptional event when a refund is issued before the shipment of the purchase, we reserve the right to deduct credit card processing fees non-refundable to us due to credit card payment network rules. Currently, all credit card processors (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal) have implemented such rules as not to refund the processing fees even if the buyers cancel the purchase.

Not every customer knows that wine is a commodity regulated by the FDA as part of the Food and Beverage regulatory program.  As a result, our cellar is an FDA-registered facility with stringent food safety measures and is subject to FDA inspection periodically.  Therefore, we cannot accept routine returns of products out of our custody.  If it is due to our mistake that you received the wrong items (a highly unlikely scenario due to our stringent Quality Control), your return is free, and a replacement will be sent immediately.  If, however, after receiving the correct wines as ordered, you have changed your mind and wish to return for a refund or exchange, we can only accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.  Return authorizations can only be issued subject to the following conditions:

    1. We can only accept returns and exchanges of damaged items when a shipment is rejected immediately upon arrival and sent back via the same shipper who delivered it.  We will not accept the return of any wine that has been opened, harmed during transportation, or harmed due to extreme weather conditions.  Such damages are covered by insurance coverage you may have chosen to purchase, or we may offer at the time of your purchase.
    2. We require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control inspection. Based on our inspection and at our discretion, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit, less the original and return shipping charges.
    3. If we shipped the correct items you ordered and you simply changed your mind after delivery, we reserve the right to charge the original and return shipping fees plus a 30% re-stocking fee, provided that we are satisfied that the same items returned are exactly the items we shipped out, and in similar and good conditions including but not limited to no scuffed labels or pinholes in the bottle cap or cork foil.
