Belle Époque Rosé was created in 1978 and reflects the true spirit of the Perrier-Jouët house. Belle Époque Rosé is a resolutely original champagne which combines rarity with ability to surprise due to the combination of three grape varieties Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (45%) and Pinot Meunier (5%).
This 2006 cuvee has a shimmering, pastel-toned, salmon-pink hue with luminous orange highlights. Belle Époque Rosé 2006 presents aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and peony with the tartness of kumquat and white currant. On the palate, it reveals notes of pink grapefruit and mandarin combined with the generosity of brioche.
